Changed your mind? No problem, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.

Conditions:

• The product must be new, unworn, undamaged , in its original packaging, with all accessories (case, cloth, etc.).
  
• The return must be made within 14 days of your request.
  
  

How do I make a return?

1. Send an email to contact@ryzesunglasses.com stating your order number.
   
2. We will send you a prepaid return label (for France).
   
3. Drop off your package at a relay point or post office according to the label you received.
   
   

Return costs:

• Free for orders delivered to mainland France
  
• To be paid by the customer for orders delivered outside of France.
  
  

Refund:

Once the return has been received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
The initial shipping costs are also refunded if the return concerns the entire order.
