These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales of products concluded via the website ryzesunglasses.com operated by SARL Omnibrand, a limited liability company with a capital of €1000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 93880284000018 / VAT: FR49938802840.

1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties involved in the online sale of sunglasses to consumers via the ryzesunglasses.com website.

2. Products

The products offered are sunglasses described with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractual.

The glasses sold comply with European regulations (CE marking) and the standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013.

3. Price

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Delivery is free for mainland France.
The RYZE brand (SARL Omnibrand) reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

4. Orders

Any order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The customer receives a confirmation email once the order has been validated.

The RYZE brand (SARL Omnibrand) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card via a secure platform (Shopify Payments). The order will only be processed after payment validation.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made:

• in mainland France (estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days)
  
  
• in Europe (estimated delivery time: 4 to 8 business days)
  
  

Delivery costs are: free in mainland France and payable for deliveries in Europe.

The deadlines are given as an indication only. In case of delay, the responsibility of the RYZE brand (SARL Omnibrand) cannot be engaged.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay a penalty.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to contact@ryzesunglasses.com, specifying their order number.

Returns

Returns are free for orders delivered to mainland France .
A prepaid return label will be sent by email once the request has been validated.

Returned products must be:

• Unworn and undamaged
  
  
• In their original, complete packaging.
  
  
• Comes with all received accessories (case, cloth, etc.)
  
  

The customer has 14 days from the date of the withdrawal request to return the items.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days of the actual receipt of the products or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
The refund will cover the total amount paid, including the initial shipping costs if applicable.

8. Guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

In case of a non-conforming or defective product, please contact contact@ryzesunglasses.com to arrange an exchange or refund.

9. Personal data

The customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to contact@ryzesunglasses.com.

10. Intellectual property

All elements of the website www.ryzesunglasses.com are the exclusive property of the RYZE brand (SARL Omnibrand). Any reproduction or exploitation without authorization is prohibited.

11. Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may use a mediator free of charge.
