What materials are our glasses made of?
Our frames are made of acetate, a high-quality material known for its durability, lightness, and comfort.
Beyond its durability, it offers a rich variety of colors and textures, giving each pair of RYZE its own character and energy.
Do your glasses protect against UV rays?
Yes. All our glasses are equipped with UV400 lenses, guaranteeing total protection against 100% of UVA and UVB rays.
Only the protection category varies: 1, 2 or 3. Each level modulates the light in its own way: from subtle clarity to deeper darkness, to match the energy and style you want to embody.

Do you offer corrective lenses?
Today, our models are designed exclusively with UV400 sunglasses lenses, to protect and elevate your look.
Visual correction options will soon complete the experience.
ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally?
Our deliveries are currently available in mainland France and Europe.

We are gradually expanding our delivery areas to make the RYZE experience accessible to more countries.
What are your delivery times?
In mainland France, delivery usually takes place within 24 to 48 hours after shipment.
For Europe, allow an average of 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination country.
Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the progress of your package in real time.
Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?
Because our orders are processed quickly, we cannot always guarantee a modification or cancellation.

RETURN AND REFUND
What are your return conditions?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.
Returns are free within mainland France. The product must be returned in its original condition, unworn and with all its accessories.

Within what timeframe will I be reimbursed?
Once your return has been validated, the refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
The average processing time is 7 to 14 days, depending on your bank.

What to do if a product is damaged upon delivery?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service at contact@ryzesunglasses.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please attach photos of the defect found so that we can quickly find the best solution: exchange, replacement or refund.
